Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Broker to join our high-performing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have proven success in both secondary and off-plan transactions, strong client management skills, and the ability to close deals independently while leveraging the company’s extensive platform, brand, and lead flow.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and close property transactions across secondary and off-plan markets
- Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, legal requirements, and investment opportunities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors
- Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and deal structuring
- Work closely with top UAE developers and internal sales teams
- Maintain accurate records of listings, leads, and transactions in the CRM
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Represent the Metropolitan brand with professionalism and integrity
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of real estate experience in Dubai
- Proven track record in closing deals (secondary and/or off-plan)
- Valid RERA license (or in the process of obtaining one)
- Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills
- Client-focused mindset with high ethical standards
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
