Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an International Property Sales Broker, based in Dubai with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. Responsibilities include managing property transactions, building relationships with high-profile clients, guiding buyers and sellers through the sales process, conducting market research, generating leads, and negotiating deals. The role requires providing exceptional customer service and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of the luxury real estate market.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Customer Service to ensure client satisfaction and foster lasting relationships.
- Expertise in Brokerage and Sales to navigate high-profile property transactions successfully.
- Experience in Real Estate, including market trends and investment opportunities.
- Ability to provide training and share knowledge with clients and team members when needed.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
- Familiarity with the international luxury real estate market is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
