The Role
As a Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing high-value partnerships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), CPA affiliates, PAMM/MAM managers, fund managers, and other industry stakeholders.
This position requires a well-connected professional capable of leveraging their network to deliver measurable growth and strengthen our presence across key markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire, manage, and grow partnerships with IBs, CPA affiliates, PAMM/MAM managers, and fund managers.
- Negotiate commercial terms (CPA, revenue share, hybrid models) to maximize ROI.
- Support partners through tailored marketing and business development initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, compliance, and support) to ensure seamless partner experiences.
- Attend industry events, expos, and conferences to expand the company’s network and strengthen brand visibility.
Requirements
- +2 years of proven experience in the CFDs/Forex industry in a similar role.
- Strong industry network with IBs, affiliates, and fund managers.
- Demonstrated success in achieving acquisition and revenue targets.
- Deep understanding of trading products, MT4/MT5 platforms, and partnership models.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally for business and events.
- Multi-lingual proficiency and experience in emerging markets are strong advantages.
